I have 15 years’ experience in Planning, Scheduling and Cost control with highly developed skills in Earned Value Management and SAP.
I have excellent knowledge of EarnedValue Analysis, a cost control tool that brings together planning, cost and schedule management. It is also sometimes referred to as a three dimensional tool because it compares the amount of work planned with the amount achieved, and compares this with the cost of that achievement. It is a process wherein performance is assessed mathematically and expressed as Key Performance Indicators or KPI. The results then will be used to forecast the final outcome which has been proven more accurate in the past projects.
I have undertaken Interactive Planning - NetPoint training recently in Houston, Texas to become one of Australia’s IAP specialists.
