I have 18+ years of professional experience in planning and planning control management.  Responsible for establishing Pre-construction and Construction programmes with resource/cost loading, as well as review and approval of Consultant’s and Contractor’s schedules and execution plans.

I have expertise in planning, executing and spearheading construction of high value multi-disciplinary projects involving planning, budgeting, resource administration, project estimating, project scheduling and implementation, impending design issues, document preparation, building risk regulations, material procurement and subcontracting, with a flair for adopting modern methodologies in compliance with quality standards.

My duties included preparation and updating the project risk register and recommendation of mitigation measures as appropriate and assessing time claims. I chair progress, planning, and procurement meetings and review weekly and monthly progress reports, in addition to prepare special reports assisting the Client to make decisions.

In the Project Management phase, I am responsible to review the Tenderer technical submissions, assist in preparing professional reports to the Client with recommended actions and proposals.

I am well versed with Primavera P3, P6, M.S. Office, AutoCAD (2 Dimensions), M.S. Projects. And used Aconex to organize and manage project data
