I, Tom Huang, have combined of 10 years experience in construction, manufacturing management and Project Controls. I have developed my skills up planning and cost control route. Currently working on BMA’s PDG project studies, and have had exposure to a numbers of projects with capital estimated values over $2 billion. I am a well equipped manager and excellent communicator with various industries experience.
