As a MRO Preferred Partner, major customers included Merck Pharmaceuticals, London Underground and Guinness UDV UK & Ireland.  I held a senior role within the Merck Pharmaceuticals CMMS Implementation Project covering an EMEA wide rollout of MAXIMO to 8 sites in 5 countries.  Responsibilities included:

·       Project management, estimating and planning using Microsoft Project

·       Business process alignment, functional requirement specification and detailed design

·       MMS Screen, Data Dictionary and functionality design and development
