Miguel is a Professional Civil & Sanitary Engineering with a Master degree in
Business Administration with specialization in project management, planning and
coordination. I have gained more than 15 years experience in project
management, planning, costing, bid & tender preparation on rail, multi-storey
buildings, land development, Dams, & Bridge design in Australia and overseas.
I do have extensive work experiences in Australia and overseas. I have
demonstrated the ability to manage engineering projects both outside and within
a rail environment. Detailed below is a list of projects which I have managed, all
of which have required attention to all facets of the projects including creation of
Master schedule using Primavera schedule in which we combined the project
schedules of numerous project, the drawing up plans to exact engineering
specifications, sourcing finance, labour and equipment within pre-determined
budgetary restraints. The projects have included progress reporting, standard
monitoring, and adherence to quality control, safety checks, budget control and
reporting. I help prepare the needed specification with the co-ordination of
Contract department and assist in the analysis and recommend a suitable
contractor for the project.
