Seeking for senior level opportunities in areas of Planning/Scheduling and/or Project Controls/Cost Engineering in Oil & Gas, Refinery and Power Industries oversees.
Currently, I am working with NRG Energy Inc here in Houston, TX as Scheduling Manager for the DEPC group reporting to the Director of Construction. As an owner Scheduling Manager, my resposibility is to manage various contractors Resource loaded Level III EPC schedule in P3/P6.2 for multiple projects ranging from $100M to $500M+ at various locations. I do review, audit, analyze and report variances for corrective actions to management.
Before NRG, I was a Project Scheduler with extensive experience in developing coordinating and monitoring project schedule for McCarthy Building Companies on a $200M Healthcare Expansion Project using Primavera 3.01 at UT M.D.A Cancer Center.
I was also worked for a year and seven months as a Project Controls Engineer-II and Scheduler for Bechtel Corp in the Oil & Gas and Refinery business unit. In these roles, I coordinated, managed, developed and maintained integrated Engineering Procurement and Construction activities using Primavera 3.01, P3e and 6.2. I took responsibility for Engineering Job hours budgeting, controlling, Labor Correction, and Biweekly Job hours reporting. I also construct staffing plan, Headcount Reporting, Change orders /Trends Tracking and Reporting.
I have a total of 10+ years of experience in Project Controls/Cost Engineering and Scheduling on Power, Refinery, Oil & Gas, Heavy Civil and Commercial Projects.
In addition, I am a Certified Cost Engineer by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE).
