Achievements:
· Establish overall project Strategies & Phasing.
· Introduce a new system for Project Control, Cost Control and Projects Delivery.
· Re-structure the companies’ departments and establish a new interlink systems in order to fast track the projects.
· Establish new Quality control systems to achieve highest quality of execution.
· Close monitoring of the Financial status of the projects including Cash Flows, P&L.
· Flexibility to respond to the Dynamics and the Change continuously imposed by the owner and the operators.
Duties:
· Hands on Macro and Micro management of the project.
