For years l have diliberately chosen to seek out new and varing challenges and along the way l have experienced many diverse and challenging situations. These have had a positive effect on how l now approach programmes and project objectives, and due to my varied experience and exposure to numerous industries l now have a vast range of tools that allow me to consider options and develope my own 'Out the Box' thinking approach to constraints and obstacles that l am faced with.
I have worked in both Client and Contractor roles, and as such have been exposed to the other side of the fence scenarios, which too have served to strenthen my understanding and sensitivities around commercial issues and trying to overcome technical challenges. I have spent many years developing my knowledge, and understanding of various systems which has fortified my already strong hands on experience of having done alot of these works myself (On the tools). As a by product, it is easy for me to interperate programmes into a form by which site teams and management can understand simpe, and non confusing project programes and their logical sequence of events.
