As a former member of the American Arbitration Association, an experienced construction executive with experience in the Gulf region I believe I possess the qualifications needed to successfully fill the position outlined. My recent consulting position, a direct result of my performance on a prior unique public works project, the Washington, DC beneficial biosolids program from 2008 to 2012, was as program scheduler on AECOMs $61m Task Order Program for D.C. Water.
I am well versed in working with a diverse team of professionals on numerous concurrent projects requiring precise activity scheduling between them while simultaneously coordinating ongoing process treatment plant operations and maintaining environmental permit requirements. As management introduced new information management tools, I helped develop training programs and portal tools for use by a combined work force, both municipal and contract employees to track progress reporting, budgets and expenditures using applications in widespread use throughout the industry.
I am married with two grown children a valid passport and a desire to continue to make contributions to our industry.
