I have a Degree in Civil Engineering and had been in the construction business for more than 20 years. I held Senior and Lead planning and scheduling roles for various projects of 100 Million up to 10 Billion within the resources and infrastructure sectors both locally and overseas.
I had site supervision and project management work experience with various Civil and infrastructure projects such as Site development, Roads, Railways, Desalination Plants, Airport, Hydropower, Social Infra and Mass housing development.
With my strong leadership and communication skills as well as advanced software skills (P6, excel, etc;) I had implemented various business initiatives involving project controls and planning systems that are tailored for varying project and client requirements.
I am currently working as the Operational Readiness Specialist Scheduler for the Roy Hill Operations and taking leadership in integrating the operational requirement delivery (manpower, training plans, infrastructure, etc.) and tasks of each working teams. This enabled the management to keep track of the progress of meeting quarterly KPI’s for each team members as well as identifying gaps to be mitigated. I employed P6 and mid-ware data manipulation to efficiently deliver schedule & progress reports on a weekly basis. Part of my task is to conduct weekly management review meetings that allow risk assessments that identify gaps and mitigation plans.
