I have a total experience of 15 years with the working in planning and project controls in various industry types including buildings high rise (up to 82 stories), infrastructure projects, hospital, university complex, power plant, refinery, airport etc. For the past 12 years i have been leading the planning and controls team on my projects.
I am well versed with Planning and Project Control systems and requirements which includes program management, contracts management, claims preparation and assessment, Cost management and budget preparation and control.
