 Planning management and reporting (P6 Schedule, actual/forecasting analysis, S Curves, etc);

 Budgeting & Cost Analisys;

 Change Management Analysis and Process Coordination;

 Head Office General Support on projects, cost controlling & progress measurement coordination. 

 Study of Projects criticalities in order to allow Project Managers and Company to anticipate and avoid any potential economic hazards/risks and time delays. 

 Perform the most difficult and complex aspects of project control activities and ensure project administration, change management, project estimating, cost management, and schedule management executed in a timely fashion and in accordance with all company standards and contractual requirements
