I am a proactive and self-motivated Project controls manager with 13 years UK and overseas experience in delivering mega and complex infrastructure projects in both client and contractor environments. I have been involved in the delivery of some of Europe's most prestigious projects including Crossrail, London2012 olympics projects and Channel Tunnel Rail Link (CTRL) and this has exposed me to world class Projects controls systems, processes and procedures within .
I have a strong engineering background and experience in Oil & gas, building structures, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, rail , marine and M&E works.
Presently I lead the Project controls department of Tullow oil Uganda business unit operating in a JV with TOTAL E&P and CNOOC in the Exploration and appraisal of Uganda's new oil discoveries and strategic planning for the development phase.
