Have Worked with major Mixed Use & Major Developments in the Middle East, possess experience in Buildings (Vertical and Horizontal), Infrastructure, Retail and Design projects. Hands on experience in preparing Status Reports, Variance Analysis, Delay Analysis, Program Reviews and Resource and Cost Analysis. Dealt with a number of EOT Claims both in Preparation & Evaluation.
Used Scheduling and Reporting tools such as Primavera (V6.7,V5.0,3.1,Contract Manager (Expedition)), Open Plan, MS Projects, Primavera Pert Master, Claim Digger etc. Working experience with the company’s cost control system. Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Norms and Construction Procedures in Middle East.
