Pleasant Greetings! I am Joseph Erwin Cargason, Filipino Citizen and a licensed Civil Engineer. I am presenting myself for the Planning engineer positionposted in Planning Planet. I have Eleven years of engineering experience in Project Implementation and Management. My career in Project Implementation started in Marikina Engineer’s Office after passing the Board Exam, handling City Projects for Roads and Underground Utilities. Then I worked for Makati Development Corporation, part of the Ayala Group of Companies, on which I was assigned as Field Engineercum Project Engineer for the land development of various high end subdivision projects such as Ferndale Homes, Montgomery and Celadon San Lazaro Project. After six years of local experiences, I was hired to be part of the Planning Department of 2nd Nature Landscape Design, a landscape company in Dubai. Then I transferred to Amana Steel Building and Contracting Company in Qatar to be part of Project Management Department on which I was assigned as a Planning Engineer and a project Coordinator for Fabrication Work and Site Works.
Aside from my extensive work experience, my educational background is also worth noting. My degree in B.S. Civil Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, the leading engineering school in Philippines, has given me a good background in engineering process. It also has given me tools and processes for strategic thinking which is valuable in every today’s corporation faced with challenging environment.
