I am a Chartered Engineer with Institution of Engineer’s (India) and I hold an MBA in Operations Management. I have seventeen years of professional experience in the Construction Industry as a Time & Cost Management Specialist, out of which fourteen years have been spent in the Middle East. I have worked with tender departments, technical/construction teams, project management teams and claims & disputes management teams until date. I have played lead roles in developing several Programmes with 30,000+ activities, conducting risk analysis. I have also conducted delay analysis in the world’s most prestigious projects like “Burj Khalifa”, “Dubai International Airport”, etc. I have prepared claim documents and conducted Expert Review of claim documents and Programmes.
I have been working for Systech International in Dubai since four years as Sr. Delay Analyst/Claims Consultant during which I have Assisted Expert Witness in Arbitration, conducted Delay Analysis in preparation for Arbitration and have also developed complex Programmes and Method Statements. The various projects and commissions that I have been a part of include,Airport construction, Sewage pumping station, High rise building, Waterfront development, Market building, Facilities extension, Renovation project, Hospital construction, Shopping Malls, Star Hotels etc.Some of these projects value individually over US$3.7 Billion.
Having been involved in Project Planning aspects over these years, I am fully conversant with all aspects of project planning, leading/directing, and monitoring & control. I have significant experience in “Delay Analysis” related to “Delay & Disruption”, “Pre-Tender Planning”, “Tender Planning” and “Construction Scheduling” using CPM Network Programming Method. I am fully conversant with Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Office Applications, AutoCAD, Adobe Applications and other Software Applications. I have also executed significant mechanical engineering works in building construction and infrastructure works in numerous projects.
