I am a Forensic Planning/Claims Specialist with almost 22 years of experience in the Construction Industry. During this period, I have worked both as Planning & Project Controls Manager leading large team of Planners, and as Lead Delay Analyst setting-out the strategy for delay assessments, conduct delay analysis and prepare reports. I am a Member and a Chartered Engineer with Institution of Engineer’s (India).
The major projects that I have been part of include Ichthys Cryogenic Tanks, Gorgon Project,Burj Khalifa-Dubai, Dubai International Airport (Concourse II and Concourse III), Fahaheel Waterfront Development-Kuwait, etc. The various projects and commissions that I have been a part of include assisting Expert Witness in Arbitration, Delay Analysis during Arbitration Preparation, Airport construction, Sewage pumping station, High-rise building construction, Waterfront development, Market building construction, Facilities extension, Renovation project, Hospital construction, Shopping Mall construction, Star Hotel construction etc.
I have significant experience in preparation of claims documents/narrative reports with supporting documentation, preparation of Prolongation cost claims, forensic investigation of causes of delays, analysis of Delay & Disruption, Pre-Tender Planning, Tender Planning and Construction Scheduling using CPM Network Programming Method and the preparation of Expert Reports. I am able to work independently and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams. I am fully conversant with Primavera (P6 & P3), PRISM, Microsoft Office Applications, AutoCAD, Adobe Applications and other Software Applications.
