I am currently working as a Lead Planner (as Planning manager prominence) for over 3 years and am the single point of contact for all aspects of planning and claims communication as well as having line management responsibility representing client on all their projects in Abu Dhabi worth more than AED 40 billion.

- Over 18 years of construction experience of which 15 years of exclusive project planning experience here in the Middle east. My experience mainly includes Enterprise Scheduling, Airports, Airport systems (Master system integrator), huge community development projects with villas & medium rise (G+8) building, heavy Infrastructure works(utility services, marinas, roads & bridges), G+20 towers, 100,000 sq m Shopping mall, 33 & 11kV Substations, District cooling plants and Sewage treatment plant.
- Experience in monitoring Project Management consultant, Design Consultants & Contractors and initiate Contractual disciplinary actions regarding progress issues as appropriate.
- Preparation of time effective master programmes (preferentially schedule oriented) starting from design & work packaging to final construction handover and manages the same complying with any contractual / FIDIC obligations.
- Reviewing consultant’s and contractor’s work program submissions and controlling / monitoring the same and report the KPI’s weekly/monthly to senior management.
- Analyze, evaluate, comment, regenerate and negotiate on Extension of Time claims submitted by contractor.
- Well developed understanding of Risk and Change Management techniques associated with local authority regulations, contract variations, scope of work conflicts and the interpretation & representation of risk in programmes.
