I have project controls/ planning experience within Infrastructural, Construction and Financial projects within the UK. I am now working on a $2 Billion Infrastructure (Deep-sea Port, Railway – 650Km, Roads and Manganese Mine) project for PAM in Burkina Faso (West Africa) and also work out of London. My experience includes Resource, production of key performance indicators; cost & measuring performance against the agreed target plan. Site visits. Review & Update of Risks using ARM (Active Risk Management). I have been a contractor for the past 11 years working on large projects within Planning/ Project Controls.
During my further education years, I received a MSc. in Entrepreneurial Studies at Glasgow Caledonian University. My areas of specialism were Industry Analysis; Marketing; Law; Finance and Accounts.
In 1996, I completed a BSc. Degree in Science at Glasgow Caledonian University. My principal subjects were Mathematics; Statistics; Physics; Biology; Chemistry; Information Technology and Psychology.
I lived in Africa for nearly 10 years and am well travelled. (Europe. Middle-east, Far-east, Africa & South America)
I regard myself as highly computer literate with experience in software such as Aconex, SPSS; CAPS, Compel, SAP, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, MPD,ARM, Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
