I have over 30 years experience within the construction industry of which 18 years were spent working as a client representative including Capital works/Procurement Manager. I have the interpersonal, communication and practical skills required to provide an effective senior planning role in major refurbishment, new build and Decent Homes disciplines. I compose relevant sections of tender submissions as well as producing delay analysis reports and all levels of programming.
