· Management of cost function for allocated EPC projects, including commitments, expenditure, forecasts per work packages and assist change engineer to provide budget information.
· Tender evaluation, contractors and suppliers cost comparison and analysis.
· Participate in kick-off meetings with the EPC contractor and PMT to ensure common understanding of cost, schedule, estimating, progress measurement, and change management requirements.
· Cost updates on every work package & performcontractors cost performance analyses.
· Cost status reporting, variance analysis, earned value reporting, forecasting and contingency utilization.
· Ensure that project controls procedures and processes are rolled out on the project in line with Kaunisvaara DFS.
· Liaise with package managers and contractors to ensure cost and schedule information is on a high standard.
