I am enthusiastic task oriented Contracts /Commercial Manager with with 18 years of commercial / contracts management experience supported by specialized professional training courses & studies.
My professional experience started & developed at Dar alhandasah (http://www.dargroup.com/#Dar) one of the well reputed international project management & consultancy firms, where I was a cost/contracts engineer acting as a key member in the Project Management & Contracts (PMC) department to accomplish challenging tasks in mega projects. This extensive experience promoted me to work as Contracts Manager to carry tenders & contracts management for one of the biggest international real estate developer “Qatari Diar for Real Estate Development (http://www.qataridiar.com/English/OurProjects/Pages/City-Gate.aspx ), and since April 2016 I started a new challenge as a Contracts Manager for one of the major international contractor “ALSTOM” in Egypt.
I have extensive experience in commercial & contracts management of FIDIC contracts forms, as well others forms with consultants and contractors including pre & post contract activities in various mega projects throughout different stages i.e. design stage, construction stage, and close-out stage.
