Mohd Hazri Mohd Yutim resume

Herewith enclosed my résumé indicates, project and control has been my expertise . I believe I met the criteria set by company. Understand well Shell OPMG (Oppurtunity & Project Management Guideline). Done details schedule for 2 FLNG Project (Shell FLNG and PETRONAS) from FEED to RFSU ( 14000 activities for Shel Prelude FLNG)

The Project Planning seems to a must for every industry and the position could be relate to project management function that involves comparing actual performance with planned performance and taking
corrective action (or directing or motivating others to do so) to yield the desired outcome when the significant differences exist.

My famous method of controlling project is using Earned Value Analysis (EVA). It is an analysis, which provides an early signal or indication toward the direction of project in terms of schedule variance (SV) and cost variance (CV).

Controlling project cost is an important factor in maximizing the return of project investment. Earned value allows you to quantify the overall progress of a project in monetary terms. Analysing project progress determines the value of work achieved leading to moreefficient project management. The value of work achieved is determined by comparing the cost budgeted to actual spent. The basic concept of earned value is just part of effective project management. Even if actual costs appear less than budgeted costs, a project may not be on schedule. Metrics derived from an earned value (EV) quickly pinpoint problems in a project. Finding and identifying incorrect charges made by contractors or other cost variances is easier with EV project controls.

One of the primary benefits of an EV is the ability to confidently predict what the actual cost of a project will be when only 20% of work is complete. A managing and reporting project cost has become integral to project management. The significant of using this method coz no one pay attention during the early stage of project. Further, I am looking forward in implementing the Earned Value Analysis technique in your project's to avoid any slippage of schedule as this will give you a better view on how I controlling the project.

A part from that, my expertise cover a very vast area an of those is Modern Day Critical Path Schedule analysis. In here I demonstrate a several methods of CPM analysis such as "What-if", "But-For" and "Time-slice" method.

Therefore I appreciate if you could arrange an interview enable me to do a little bit of presentation on the famous method of controlling (Earned Value Analysis).

I hope that you would kindly take into consideration of my application when it matches your minimum requirement and criteria.
Thank you

Your sincerely
