I am adaptable to working in multinational teams with diverse cultures, and international business practices with business development & negotiation experience at high levels. In my career I have always demonstrated to efficiently lead and motivate my teams and successfully complete the projects within the allocated time period, within the budgeted cost, at the proper performance or specification level, with acceptance by customers/users, with minimum or mutually agreed upon scope changes, without disturbing the main work flow of the organization and last but not least, without changing the corporate culture.
