Over 10 years of rich experience in the field of Project Management of Civil –MEP, Oil & Gas and Marine Projects. I am extremely interested in submitting my application for the advertised Post of Planning Engineer in your reputed Company.
I have been fortunate to have worked with very good groups in the UAE, the likes of Gulf Coast Electro Mech., DESCON Eng. Ltd, IMCC group and Ali and Sons Marine Engineering Factory LLC. My responsibilities during the tenure included but not limited to Project Estimation, Cost, planning, scheduling, controlling, Monitoring, executing and spearheading projects involving development, resource planning with a flair for adopting modern methodologies in compliance to quality standards.
Excellent hands-on Primavera, SAP, MS Project and other computations tools used for scheduling/monitoring of Projects Skillful in overhauling projects in close co-ordination with Top management, Discipline in charges and contractors, consultants and other external agencies, ensuring on time deliverables.
With regard to my ability to meet different jobs:
· Civil & MEP: Residential Buildings, Utility Buildings, Yard development and road works.
· Oil and Gas: Refinery Turnarounds, Offshore Plant Construction and Onshore Plant Contraction
· Marine: Building, repair, conversion and recyclingof Flat Top Cargo Barges, Lift Boats, Rigs and Ships.
With regard to my ability to meet the specific KEY requirements of the jobs:
· Project Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and update level IV engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning schedule based on execution philosophy, scope of work, contractual obligations and stakeholder’s requirements.
· Project Control: Assure project integrity & quality by analyzing updated schedules, weekly & monthly progress reports as per contractual as well as latest scope of work and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
· Project Cost:Develop and Monitor cost estimates, overall project budget, cash inflow & outflow based on contract and level IV schedule on a Monthly/ Quarterly basis.
