Ø   Performing baseline schedule maintenance and control

Ø   Monitor and Update Project progress Level 3, Level 4 Schedule

Ø   Assigning and managing roles and resources in Primavera P6

Ø   Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the project team

Ø   Monitor actual performance against the schedule to identify delay, early and late completion
