I am specialising in project controls in forensic planning, recovery planning, what if scenario planning, CPM, delay analysis, EOT, scheduling, claims, costing, risk and contracts in Biomass, Coal, Nuclear Power Plants, Heavy & Light Rail, Mining and Manufacturing. My skill set applies EPC(M) for new build, overhauls, shutdowns and asset management under CMMS - ERP systems. I utilise Ellipse, SAP,Oracle Primavera Suites, MS Project in developing WBS, baseline, resource and cost loading including EVMS for forecasing, progress tracking and trending. I can work as a company, individual or manage project controls personnel and also provide training, interface with subcontractors and clients on high value projects, CAPEX and minimise contractual disputes.
