Contract Planning Engineer for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCCM) contract on behalf of Green Energy Technology (GET). The project is to generate electricity by converting segregated solid municipal waste into Syngas through plasma gasification and is to be constructed in Sri Lanka in 2010. Using Primavera P3 for both planning and progress monitoring against a resourced target plan, reporting earned value for individual disciplines against a fully developed work breakdown structure. Developed and implemented ‘Progress control & monitoring’ process using PRINCE2 methodology to ensure accurate total project reporting.
