British Energy / Morson International

Energy I was commissioned to re-organise the planning processes and merge two divisions into one so that they used standard process. There are over 80 planning staff located at 8 nuclear power stations, one coal fired station and three supporting business units throughout the UK.

The first task was to examine the existing processes and procedures, in addition a health check was carried out on the Primavera infrastructure, including a thorough assessment of data integrity and schedule integrity.

Branch Planner then Project Control Lead:
·Creation and Control of Project & Programme Plans (Primavera P3e) with EVA and MIS.
·Liaison with Workpack Managers, Engineering Leads and other Specialists.

Current Role

I am currently contracted to British Energy as a Programme/Project Planner for their Refuelling

Outage. As part of the outage planning team I hold overall responsibility for the preparation, implementation,

monitoring, and management for the Cooling Water project and Steam & Feed systems.
