1. Preparation of Contract Program (Clause 14.1 or 8.3) using Primavera P3 or P6.
2. Preparation of Post Tender Technical Submissions (General Method of Construction, Logistic Plan, Resource Plan, S-Curve, Material & Shop Drawing Tracking Schedule).
3. Preparation and Management of Manpower and Equipment Rolling Plan.
4. Delay Analysis and Claim Documentation for Extension of Time.
5.  

     Prepares monthly interim certificate.
     Prepares subcontract and supply agreement for minor and major contract.
     Preparing enquiry and bid tab analysis for suppliers and subcontractors.
     Prepares Preliminaries and General Spread to be submitted to client as required in monthly valuation.
     Establish cash flow estimate on quarterly basis as per client requirement.
