Project control activities for Offsite, Utilities, Infrastructure and Sulful unit - TANECO Refinery Project in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan:
- prepare the baseline and periodic updates/developments of the construction schedule
- prepare s-curves and manpower hystograms as required by client and top management for reporting
- prepare monthly progress report (schedulling section)
- organize and attend planning meetings internal, w/ Contractors and w/ Client)
- participate to the monthly progress assesment

•     Responsible for accuracy and integrity reporting of all concurrent projects.
•     Design and reporting of high level documents to customer / client and directorship.

Overall responsibilities include the administration of project analysis. Develop a project schedule that clearly outlines critical path, float, resource dollars and units and deliverables. Maintain project schedules by updating status, adjusting resource allocations, and analyzing the schedule activity for earned value and variances in baseline. Escalate potential issues to project team and management.

I worked as Project Controls Specialist and was deputed to Sumatra, Indonesia to work on PT. CHEVRON PACIFIC’s Oil & Gas project in the capacity of Project Controls Lead Engineer for Planning & Scheduling for their Flexible Program Management. (Approx. cost US$ 400 million)



I was responsible for the development & maintenance of independent & integrated project schedules, resource planning, progress monitoring & evaluation, forecasting, and project analysis of the work for all the engineering disciplines, procurement & construction work at site.
