For a forensic claim I need to summarize and consolidate several activities as allowed in the forensic protocol.
This is a job where there is only a Baseline Schedule submitted and an intermediate update that was never submitted. For this reason I have selected the But-For method or Collapsed As-Built as defined in AACEi 29R-03 2011 under section 3.8. Modeled / Subtractive / Single Simulation (MIP 3.8).

i downloaded both spider project demo (lite and professional ) but for whatever reason, they don't work, spiderdeom has stoped working, any idea ?

I have found a situation that I don't understand how to represent in a schedule:
Ideally, I can define one activity and assign their resources, and the costs depend on how much hours are scheduled for a specific resource, then I'm planning to "pay the activity" for "productive work", right? But in real life there are costs that, being unproductive, must be planned and paid. I have two examples, the first one is machinery:
At the links table I want to transfer the Preceding Activity Finish Date from activity table to a user defined field on links table, same goes for Succeding Activity Start Date. Is there a way to do this?

Why in order to get the correct phase values roll-up, when Phase value is the sum of activity values, I must click F8 after formula execution? I was expecting for the value be computed automatically whenever a value is changed no matter if manual or by a formula.
Is there a way to make Cost & Material to calculate automatically after a Scheduling run?
The gantt chart adjusts its view when I am editting a link,
can I configure it so that it does not adjust itself?

I am thinking in the old P3 asterisk which told me what activity was driving.
I have one activity with many predecesors, how do I know which one is driving?

Same as I can display and compare progress S curves for current and baseline schedules I would like to be able to display and compare Risk S Curves as Diagrams, for current and baseline schedule. Can I do that?
Enclosed see two Risk S Curves for the same job but different versions (current update no 3 and baseline schedule), I want to display these two curves on a single Risk Analysis Diagram as well as on Gant Diagrams (Histograms/Time_Distributed_Diagrams). Of course compared Cost S curves will be available only on Risk Analysis Diagrams.

Mandatory,
Discretionary,
External,
Temporary.
How are these kinds used?
