Project Control Center “Stroineft”, an affiliate of Transneft, is the management and engineering company of Transneft. Made inputs into the development of the Program for OJSC Transneft overhaul and refurbishment, development of design documentation, selection of contractors, preparation and conclusion of construction contracts, facilities turnover to the Client. Carried out cost control activities for projects approximating 500 mln. rubles in total value.
