Project Controls Engineer, Total S.A., South Pars Gas Field Development Project Phase 1

Analyze program schedule progress and cost performance, identify developing problem areas

Develop project schedules and cost/revenue budgets through coordination with project teams

Advise project leadership of progress against plan, including cost and schedule variances

Initiate and implement project control tools and developing Work Breakdown Structures

Integrate inter-discipline schedule requirements to establish a logical work sequence

Record, analyze and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to project managers
