Currently working on a heavy civils project based in Beckton East London. My role is as Lead Planner managing a team of 4, work consists of four 80 meter shafts, tunnels connecting to shafts and two culverts leading too and from the River Thames. 635 million pound project overall.

Prepared a Target schedule to drive an optimization scenario effort in order to improve the end date of the project.

Responsible for planning and coordinating schedule interfaces and for integrating the project schedule.
