We urge you to click onto the EVA In The UK Website to read about the world class event which promises to be entertaining and educational. They have the Conference on 16-17 June 2016 and some cool Workshops on 14-22 June 2016. It is located at Armourers’ Hall, Moorgate in good old London town. Richard says...
"We have a very complete story, starting with how we procured Earned Value[EV], how it took a while for the Tier 1’s to understand basic EV, and how we have implemented quantity unit rate reporting. And then, over the last year, how we have evolved to realise fundamental differences between contractual positioning of the contractors vs. the need to understand where our performance on the ground actually is.

This has meant implementing a substantive EV position as well as introducing Earned SCHEDULE [ES].
We now use ES to look at schedule variance in time and check this off against what projects tell us they’re doing against their milestones.”
