It works like this...

(1) You create an ANONYMOUS profile showing how great you are - see Current Register
(2) The EMPLOYERS / RECRUITERS / CONSULTANTS can see your ANONYMOUS profile
(3) Your profile has a CONTACT ME link to let them get in touch with you - it goes to PP Admin
(4) We forward their CONTACT ME email direct to you
(5) Their info DOES NOT interest you - you DELETE IT - you're still ANONYMOUS
(6) Their info DOES interest you - YOU REPLY TO THEM - now you're not ANONYMOUS
(7) YOU progress this / you have interview etc - we are NOT involved in any way
Simples... !!!
