New Blogger to SHAKE things up...
Are you being stretched across too many projects? Do you see projects being undertaken with questionable benefits? Does senior management take interest in your project once it’s too late?
If you recognize any of these symptoms then please follow me, Mike Bramworth, in a new monthly blog here on PlanningPlanet...
Our discussion will focus on ‘Portfolio Management’, the job of selecting the right set of projects for your company. Which projects should we commit time and money to, and which ones should we walk away from?
The bad news is that most companies (I’ve witnessed) are in a bit of a mess here. The good news is that it’s pretty straightforward to sort out. The benefits are eye watering.
I look forward to provoking the status quo and hearing your comments.

Guild Update...
We are very happy with the responses from you with The Guild format and content. We do though like to keep EVERYBODY happy as much as possible! With GUILD SUBSCRIPTION pricing a minority have stated our prices are too high - do you agree? What are your ideas?
The Guild did a lot of homework before announcing the rates - we felt we were fair especially in view of the administration and time taken to set up and run the initiative itself - is there anything you would like to see?
Please contact us: [email protected] - we very much appreciate your response!
If you would like to be involved from a Corporate perspective please also let us know!
The Guild Regional initiatives are under way - if you would like to run a Region or wish to be involved in some way or other please contact us! We are using Scotland as a template for Guild Regions - should you like to be included in Scotland please mail us - we will be having another meeting there shortly and will announce it in the appropriate Newsletter.
That's all from us - thank you for all the support!
