Confirmation of Guild Membership Criteria AND Fellow Level Application Process

Dear friend,

We are pleased and excited to have been given instruction to issue out some more Guild of Project Controls (GPC) news.  

Below you will find details of the MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS as well as access to the process to JOIN as an ORIGINAL FELLOW of the Guild...

GUILD MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA...

We have finally been given the go-ahead to create a live webpage that describes the requirements for each of us to join the Guild of Project Controls (GPC).

Depending on which level you / we wish to apply for there are required documentable experience issues to consider.  

The entry requirements consist of a mixture of:

  • Knowledge Examination;
  • Peer References and Peer Assessment; and
  • Guild Knowledge Library Submissions

The Credentialing Programme is based on DEMONSTRATED COMPETENCY meaning that you have to be able to document that you have both EXPERIENCE and FORMAL KNOWLEDGE.

Thank you to the many of you who have sent in applications for Fellow status in the Guild. 

We would like to re-iterate how important this initial recruit is to the Guild; our Original Fellow's depict the quality for all to aspire to and it will not be so straightforward for others to acquire Fellow status our process is necessarily rigid!

We are now ready to further the application process for those who have already contacted us and here is also a final call for those of you who could also qualify for this prestigious accolade;

  • Fellow of Planning of Scheduling (PS),
  • Fellow of Cost Management (CM), 
  • Fellow of Forensic Analysis (FA) and / or
  • Fellow of Project Controls (PC).

Remember also to clearly state if you are available to assess others AND / OR to represent the Guild at events by public speaking.
