This presentation will focus on the issues surrounding the development and implementation of program and project management processes and systems in major program / project environments. It will detail experiences with respect to designing and implementing PM systems that are flexible to handle the ever changing program / project approaches while providing consistent measurement and feedback.

The presentation will also cover the problems and solutions around how to recover large capital programs that had insufficient program baselines and procedures at program onset.

William will also explain why BG GROUP is corporately supporting the Guild of Project Planning, Controls & Delivery (GPPCD).
