The presentation will explain a technique for determining the progress of many thousands of individually tagged project-items and then show how to use this detailed information to help make project decisions. The presentation will cover the theory and the practice and include some good war stories.
David will also explain why BP plc is corporately supporting the Guild of Project Planning, Controls & Delivery (GPPCD).
