We require an experienced Preconstruction & Planning Manager.

The successful candidate must hold a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Preconstruction & Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing Tender programmes
  • Preparing Contractors Proposals at tender stage
  • Preparing Project execution plans at tender stage
  • Finalising Contract programmes with Site Management and creating baseline contract programmes
  • Creating Target programmes with Site Management
  • Bi-Weekly progress reporting on baseline and target programmes.
  • Reporting to the Managing Director on the programme status of each project.
  • Preparing Monthly Board meeting reports

Key Requirements:

Working Knowledge of the following software packages

  • Asta Power Project
  • 4d & 5d modelling
  • BIM
  • CAD
  • MS Project
  • Primavera
  • Excel
  • Google Sketchup
