Are you (or do you know anyone) in the Asian Region who has experience in appearing as an Expert Witness for both Time (disruption) and Quantum (value)?
Someone with just Time (disruption) experience would be reqired too.
The expert would be based in Asia (i.e. Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong etc) and would work with experts from the project(s) and be fully briefed and supported in order to understand the situation and build a strategy and appear as the Expert Witness.
The consultant / candidate(s) must have Railway Experience.
