Project Controls / Rail Planner – Doha, Qatar

The Position
Senior level Project Controls / Rail Planner to join our team in Doha:
· Must have Rail Core Systems experience and a high level of competency in P6 programming at an advanced level.
· Would be bringing prior experience in rail projects, from stations, tunneling, electrification, power, signalling, communication systems and safety to this project.
· Would be advising on programme issues, critical path activities, project controls and other time-related matters affecting programme.
Requirements:
· International experience preferred
· Able to work single status 6 & 1 (6 weeks on & 1 week off rotation), this is a full-time long-term position
· UK passport holders preferred (preferable for foreign worker visa requirements) Other nationalities will be considered (visa restrictions may apply in some locations)
· Must be UK degree qualified in a construction related subject with at least 10 years experience in a planner role
· Must have experience with the preparation of monthly reports, claim management and negotiations for suspension, acceleration and extension of time claims
· Mobile and flexible with a clean health record
· Must be available on a 1 months notice
