Systech International was established in 1991 and is recognised as a leading international consultant with offices in Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas.  With 500 staff across 25 offices we provide our clients with a full project lifecycle support offering specialist planning and scheduling, contract administration, quantity surveying, claims, expert witness and dispute resolution solutions to the construction industry on major civil, building, transportation, power, petrochemical, oil & gas, marine and telecommunications projects. We have a requirement for a Forensic Planner to join our team based in London. An ideal individual will be a claims Planner / Scheduler with P6 experience and Critical Path Analysis experience, educated to degree level or equivalent, have a proven track record on large-scale projects, and possess strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to providing solutions. To be considered for this role you must have experience in the following:

  • Experience in construction planning and scheduling; construction design; construction project management; construction project controls in infrastructure, oil and gas or industrial sectors.
  • Delay analysis or Assistant to Expert Witness services in contentious or litigious issues
  • Experience of working with major main contractors in the UK 
  • A history of delivering delay analysis commissions including schedule analysis and report writing 
  • Post Contract Baseline preparation
  • Monthly As Built Updates
  • Progress Reports
  • Time impact analysis
  • Establishing Accepted or Master programme
  • Quarterly internal executive reports on progress
  • EOT preparation

 Please note you must hold the following skillset:

  • Educated to degree level within civil engineering or a related construction field.
  • Extensive knowledge of Primavera, preferably P6
  • The ability to liaise with clients communicating the principles of planning in a clear and concise manner
  • A proven ability in report writing
