Forensic Planning / Delay Analyst P3/P6 – UK Nationwide
We are searching for individuals from a surveying, planning or project management background to develop a career within Forensic Planning.
Previous experience as a Consultant and/or Delay Analyst with proven ability to produce delay analysis reports involving forensic analysis.
Experience of planning and programming utilizing Primavera P3 and P6.
Good knowledge of construction law and practice.
A Degree in engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in the engineering construction industries.
Served as a consultant in consultancy practice.
Produced delay analysis reports which were relied upon in significant claims and ideally in formal proceedings.
Active membership in relevant practice body such as Charted Institute of Arbitrators, Project Management Institute, Society of Construction Law etc.
