Senior Cost Manager

For an experienced Senior Cost Manager like you, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to invigorate the nation’s connectivity, capacity and economy – on a scale not seen in the UK since the Second World War.
Planning, development and delivery
You’ll be supported by the Cost Manager in the planning, development and supervision of cost – you could be working on a specific phase or project, or looking at the whole programme. We’ll need you to deliver accurate reporting and to provide detailed analysis.
Providing expertise
It’s a role that will see you maintaining cost models, developing our benchmarking database and providing expert advice on infrastructure costs. You’ll also drive continuous improvement.
Managing complexity
With a good knowledge of costs systems like SAP, Oracle CostOS and Prism, you’ll know how to turn complex project data into meaningful management reports. Strong commercial and quantity surveying skills are important and you’ll be adept at managing diverse teams. We’re looking for an innovative and flexible team player who can add real value to this exciting project.
