One off first class opportunity for an experienced M&E Building Services Planner to join a leading contractor in London
Our client is a leading provider of integrated Construction & M&E Services with a national presence with recognised excellence amongst Main Contractors, Developers & End-User clients. Due the award of several major schemes in the London this company is now recruiting to strengthen their M&E Planning team for the delivery of several upcoming, high profile projects in addition to the portfolio of currently live.
This opportunity will be to be a critical part of a successful M&E planning team on a regional basis, with input into programme strategy and risk management alongside the Commercial and Pre-Construction teams.
The successful M&E planning engineer will be rewarded with a remuneration of £85,000 + a Car or £5,000 Car allowance with full staff benefits
