Rail Planners – Florida, USA – 3-year role
Working as part of a large team on a major rail project in Florida (Tampa and Orlando) on a three-year assignment.
Systech supports its International Contractor client base across the world, working in client’s head offices and on-site, on major infrastructure, energy, transport and building projects.
Requirements:
-- Engineering background/degree.
-- Min 5 years hands-on planning experience in rail transit environment.
-- Preferably previous experience of utilizing Network Rail procedures and standards.
-- Experience of rail Systems (signaling, communications, etc) would be advantageous.
-- Adept in use of Primavera P6.
The role is to serve as Project Planner for a Main Contractor on two light rail transit projects in Florida. You would be responsible for update and maintenance of baseline schedule, progress updates, change impact tracking, monitoring of critical path. Working with contracts department on delays and disruption issues. Overseeing major subcontractors and suppliers schedules and integrating into the Main Contractor schedule. Attendance at meetings, Owner-facing communications, etc.
