We have a requirement for a Forensic Planner to join our team based in Manchester. An ideal candidate will be a claims planner / scheduler with P6 experience and Critical Path Analysis experience, educated to degree level or equivalent, have a proven track record on large-scale prokects and posses strong commercial acument and a pragmatic approach to providing solutions.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in the following:
- Experience in construction planning and scheduling; construction design; construction project management; construction project controls in infrastructure, oil and gas or industrial sectors.
- Delay analysis or Assistant to Expert Witness services in contentious or litigious issues
- Experience of working with major main contractors in the UK
- A history of delivering delay analysis commissions including schedule analysis and report writing
- Post Contract Baseline preparation
- Monthly As Built Updates
- Progress Reports
- Time impact analysis
- Establishing Accepted or Master programme
- Quarterly internal executive reports on progress
- EOT preparation
Please note you must hold the following skill set:
- Educated to degree level within civil engineering or a related construction field.
- Extensive knowledge of Primavera, preferably P6
- The ability to liaise with clients communicating the principles of planning in a clear and concise manner
- A proven ability in report writing
